Valentine's Day fun

I was home all day on Valentine's Day with the kids so we did a bunch of different things all day involving hearts. We had heart pancakes for breakfast, decorated heart cookies, made heart chains, had heart shaped sandwiches for lunch and played with red and white balloons (which they thought we should decorate with hearts). Aidan said to me after lunch. "Mommy, you're crazy" (in the nice sense). And actually, he was right. I think I went a little bit overboard. I was exhausted by the end of the day. I got a wonderful card from my husband who has such a great way with words and we had a semi-quiet dinner while the boys watched a show and we fed Keira graham wafers.
