The Sun--FINALLY!
Today was the first warm day of the year so we celebrated by going to Crescent beach with Darla and the girls. It was absolutely gorgeous. The temperature was perfect. I had forgotten how much work it is to get ready to go to the beach but somehow we made it there in time to enjoy a couple of hours of sand and sun. The beach is such a perfect place for kids. Aidan, Michael, Denaya and Keira just played the whole time and got very dirty. Can any of you guess who got the dirtiest? Michael always wins the prize for that. We also had a yummy picnic and then rushed off to get Aidan to preschool. On the way to the van, we even ran into Uncle Bob and Aunt Dorothy waiting for Grandma to celebrate her birthday! Too bad we missed giving Grandma a wet and sandy hug. Here's some pics of
the fun.

What a wonderful way to celebrate the start of "summer"! Love the pic of Keira especially...she looks so grown up! It is 100 here today and it is tooooo hot! Now you are in gear to enjoy all the other sunny days of summer!
wow, I can't believe how old your kids look. I'm so looking forward to seeing them soon.
Wish I could of been there with you guys. Did Michael do his crab walk for you? Miss you all, Uncle Patrick
