A Bad Day

I'm sure there is someone out there who can relate. Right now, I have piles of unfolded laundry on the couches, piles of dishes in the kitchen, crumbs and toys all over the floor, crayon colored on the carpet, a 2 year old who would rather pee in his underwear than the toilet, a 3 year old who doesn't stop talking, a sick baby, and a husband at work. All I want to do right now is crawl into bed and sleep but instead I guess I'll take the better road blog my frustrations, drink a cup a coffee, pray for help and get to work. Have a happy day!

I feel for you Elizabeth! Just leave it all and we can have a caregroup clean up tomorrow night :)
I hope tomorrow is better. I'm sure it will be.

Tomorrow things will look better. Sounds to me like you did the right thing...sat down, shared your frustrations, pampered yourself a bit, prayed about it and then got to work! Good for you! I like "s"'s idea! Caregroup clean up night sounds like a perfectly great idea! Love in action!
Keep up the good work Elizabeth! Love you, Mom

Don't know if you'll see this or not, but I just wanted to commiserate with you. For me, take away one kid and add a whole bunch of drywall dust (with a few chunks for the baby to eat) and we've got the makings for a great day!
